Operates a secure sub-acute residential mental health facility for adults aged 19 and older who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness (Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizoaffective Disorder, or Schizophrenia) and who are leaving acute psychiatric care in a local or state hospital, crisis center, or correctional facility. Also provides psychiatric assessments and interventions and works with individuals who have additional co-occurring issues such as homelessness, incarceration, substance abuse, and issues related to aging.
