Nebraska AIDS Project leads the community in the fight to overcome HIV/AIDS and its stigma through education, supportive services and advocacy. Services and programs provided include: HIV and STI testing, a brief counselling session to discuss potentially high risk behaviours and a chance to ask questions in privacy, HIV education and prevention, free condoms, linkages for a newly diagnosed person to appropriate HIV care, support groups, and case management to work with clients and connect them to additional appropriate medical care, financial assistance, legal assistance, counselling, advance directives assistance, and maternal/family services.
